You will discover the power of your attention and its ability to create calmness, focus, and satisfaction. You’ll begin to unlock the power of your will and recognise it as a tool to direct life and handle any tasks with confidence. It also allows you to explore whether the advanced sections are right for you.

Hi there! I’m Ellie, your resident Avatar Master.

I will be one of your guides to support you on your exploration of your belief system and equip you with tools to modify things that you want to change in your life.

You will discover how consciousness works so you can discreate old beliefs and create new ones accordingly.

Through a series of experiential exercises you will experience your own unique insights and revelations, leading you to your biggest transformation yet.

" I recently completed the ReSurfacing weekend workshop with Ellie. Since the passing of my dad late last year. I didn’t really have much motivation for anything. I was stuck in a rut...

I’ve always known I’ve wanted to help people, but I never really knew how. Working with Ellie through the exercises and the books, there was plenty of laughs, a few tears I came up with a game plan.

Going into this I didn’t understand how it would help me, but knew it would. After the preparation call I had a lot more hope. After coming out of the weekend I have noticed a huge change in my mindset for one. I am not at the affect of other people, and I’m cycling a lot more, even eating healthier food.

It’s been really good working at the goals that I set. I have joined up for the whole Avatar course and I’m looking forward to that."
